Jon Ghosh (Specialist Registrar)

Jonathan Ghosh is a Specialist Registrar in Vascular Surgery at University Hospital of South Manchester. He graduated from Manchester University and carried out his basic surgical training and MD research at Manchester Royal Infirmary. His primary research interests are the cellular and molecular processes associated with arterial injury. He has additionally carried out research in tissue engineering, ulcer healing and ischaemia-reperfusion injury, as well as various aspects of clinical practice. He has completed a MA in Medical Law and Ethics and is starting a Postgraduate Certificate in Education qualification.

Carsten Ritter (Senior Clinical Fellow)

Carsten Ritter is a Senior Clinical Fellow in vascular surgery at University Hospital of South Manchester. He graduated from Hamburg Medical School in Germany. He carried out his MD research on transplantation immunology at the University of Hamburg and was surgically trained in Germany. Since 2007 he is working in the U.K. Currently he is enrolled at the University of Dundee for a postgraduatecertificate in medical education.
